Construction Project Manager

DTR Construction is hiring full time Superintendent/Project Manager.

Full Time, No Weekends, Employer Paid Medical, Sick, Holidays – when eligible.

 Salary $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction team & oversee all work on site

• Become familiar with online building software for scheduling & budgets

• Ensuring that quality standards are met

• Following project timeline to ensure deadlines are met

• Liaison with subcontractors and inspection authorities
  
  

Superintendent/Project Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in similar capacity

• Ability to interpret & build using drawings, specifications & other docs

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel & online building software apps

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational skills

Construction Laborers 

DTR Construction is hiring several full time Construction Laborers, Carpenters, Apprentices, Journeymen 

Monday - Friday during winter and four 10 hr. days in summer (4 day weekends!).

Full time, No Weekends, Employer Paid Medical, Sick, Holidays - when eligible. 

Applicant must have reliable transportation. 

Salary $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities:

• General framing, siding, interior doors, windows, fixtures
• Setting interior doors & trim, windows casings, & setting cabinets
  
• Insulation, drywall,  & paint
• Debris removal & Clean job site

Requirements:

• Must be able to accurately read tape measure and follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Ability to use various hand & power tools
• The ability to read plans and blueprints is a plus
  
• Must take pride in workmanship & possess problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently or in team setting
